Mikella is a ranged Carry who specializes in dealing massive sustained damage, particularly in the late game. Mikella’s long range poke and natural slipperiness can often keep her safe from opponents or gankers in the early game. As Mikella’s power curve advances, she becomes devastating on a level above most other Shapers. Maneuvering her out of the grip of her enemies while keeping pressure on from her damage steroid can result in the quick annihilation of the enemy team. Should a pesky enemy every escape her grasp, she can easy execute them with her long range Ultimate.

Proud, prickly, intelligent, and beautiful, Mikella grew up wanting for nothing money could buy, and everything it could not. She uses her new power as bearer of Fortune Vitality as bargaining leverage with her father – the greatest merchant prince of the west.


Mai 2nd, 1543

There was another flash of light in the holy woods to the east. Father seemed greatly concerned. He checked his maps and consulted with Petrus. They came to a swift accord; the army he dispatched would certainly have been in the area.

They were deep enough in discussion that I could slip out for practice. My abilities continue to improve. I can now place the coins on target from twenty paces. The force of the blow is increasing as well.

I still cannot communicate with the Spirit. I can feel its presence in me, like a warm roast in the stomach. Sometimes I feel its emotions, but they are strange and incomprehensible; reflections from a box of broken glass.

Junil 4th, 1543

Varion returned alone, bearing the battle standards of the expedition. He was the only survivor. When the light struck, every other man fell lifeless. He was evasive about his own survival. Father suspected treachery, but I spoke up, assuring him Varion is too simple for his schemes. Father cannot sense, as I can, the Spirit hovering within him.

Not that I was concerned for Varion. He is a blundering oaf, perpetually unshaven and smelling of hard labor, with a forest of hairs upon his forearms. If his appearance were not repulsive enough, his personality is disgraceful. He speaks to me as if I were a woman of his own rank, takes nothing seriously, and constantly makes off-color jests. I would pity and lady who permitted herself affection for such a hapless man.

Even if I did enjoy his company, it is not my place to choose; my father constantly reminds me. He has narrowed my match down to several bankers. One of them is as young as 43, so there remains some hope of... contentment.

Mikella's attacks and abilities apply marks of Compound Interest for 2 seconds. The fourth consecutive attack or ability against the same target will consume the marks to deal 20 to 100 (based on level) (+30% Power) bonus physical damage.

Long Range (825 m) Line

Mikella tosses a charmed coin, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+40% Power) physical damage to each enemy it passes through before returning to Mikella, striking enemies again. Collateral deals 15% less damage each time it hits an enemy after the first (minimum 40%, resets on the return) and reduces the Movement Speed of enemies it hits by 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% for each time it hits them, lasting 2 seconds.

Mikella will not dash through terrain with Waltz.

Mikella focuses on a single target for a short period, then hurls a barrage of 6 coins at them, dealing a total of 270/480/690 (+110% Power) physical damage each. These coins can be blocked by other enemy shapers crossing their path.
